Could you help us help local people? If THF is to continue to meet the planning needs in the South West, we need to buy more land.

We buy at market value, and would like to hear from you if your land meets our criteria:

• At least half an acre in size.
• On the edge of a town, or larger village.
• Have mains services adjacent to the land, ie electric, gas, sewarage.
• Be on a main bus or train route.
• Have local facilities nearby, ie shop, school.
• The land should be flat or gently sloping.
• It should be uncontaminated.
