Following a second planning appeal for this development it was granted by the inspector and full planning permission of the 11 units accessed via Arundel Way in Connor Downs. THF will start commencement of build on site May/June 2011.

Affordable housing in Camelford seeks local interest

THF are local developers looking to build 27 new affordable homes for local people in the town of Camelford.

As part of our local needs survey to assess the need for affordable housing in Camelford, THF invite local people to register their interest in acquiring a new home at this early stage.

Planning permission has already been obtained and the criteria for sales will be set in June 2009.
