Based in Truro, THF has been building houses for 5 years and diversified into the affordable housing sector in May 2003 because of the obvious need to prevent local people from being forced out of their home villages because of the property boom.

Our pioneering part buy, part rent scheme is expressly designed to meet the needs of local people who could not afford to buy even a modest property in their home village.

Our typical purchasers are people with strong local connections and genuine housing need who want to start a family in the area they grew up. They have been trying for many years, without success, to get onto the property ladder with the first home of their own and some have all but given up hope.
