Our  no-profit developments and shared equity scheme means we can offer new build homes up to 40 per cent cheaper than equivalent houses in the area, without any compromises being made to materials, the construction or finish.

Our questionnaire enables us to decide if you qualify to buy one of our affordable homes. Before you complete the questionnaire, please consider carefully whether you can meet any of the requirements below:

Can you answer YES to any of the following questions ?

• Do you live in the parish local to the development?
• Have you lived in the parish for more than 10 years before the age of 16?
• Have you worked in the parish for more than five years?
• Have you close family living in the parish?
• Are you a key worker?
